DO NOT BUY! I did extensive research on this product and found out it hardly has protein in it. I don't know what they put in it but the LAB RESULTS show that this protein has 1/4 quantity of protein in it from what they show on label and that too is low-grade protein that shows no normal signs of protein in it. Just Youtube 'big muscles frotein review lab test' and you'll find out how BAD this is. Tastes great but I would rather have tang than this. NO ETHICS. I don't know how these products are passed. Someone in the reviews also went to the factory and said it's really unhygienic. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Ordered this for 2 primary resaons... one is Mango flavour and the other one is the price. But overall, felt too much sweet. And was not very satisfied with the results in musche building. Probably a good product but did not suit me much.

The thing is that this protein do not have protine. If you don't believe me, go on YouTube and search for lab reports of frotine. Infact i myself had felt 0 recovery after my workout. BM nutrition is fake nd u should never buy it's products.

Apart from pineapple flavour rest all are good mango is my favourite tho but coming to performance and recovery no doubt this is one of the best protein in the market.

very tasty. easily gets digested. i take this before workout And it feels very energetic.
post workout i mix this with dahi and have it as lassi. and it tastes awesome.
this product is not only budget friendly but effective for workout as well. u can go for this without any doubt.
