RECOMMENDED USAGE
- When can you consume it?Early Morning, Between Meals, Pre / Post Workout, At Bedtime
- How should you consume it?- Add 190-210ml of water or milk to a shaker- Add 1 heaping scoop of powder (30g approx.)- Shake well until it is completely mixed- Consume immediately
- Consume 1-2 servings per day or as advised by the dietician.
- TIP: Use glass instead of a shaker if excessive frothing occurs. Pour liquid first and then add the powder to reduce the formation of lumps.

प्रोडक्ट की क्या क़्वालिटी है ये तो अलग बात है लेकिन nutrabay से ऐसी उम्मीद नही थी कि आफर में shaker free दिखाकर आर्डर करने के बाद हटा देगी।
में उम्मीद करता हु कि nutrabay इस गलती को दोबारा नही करेगी और मझे shaker भेजकर अपनी गलती को सुधारेगी।

I bought the raw whey protein after watching fit-tuber videos. I was excited about it.
It came with a shaker which has a very bad quality. Funny thing is I didn't want it because I already had one.
Its very hard to determine the quality of the protein powder for me, but if you are cutting corners on products like shaker, we can't say that's not the case with protein.

Great product at the price point. Anyone who is looking for quality budget whey protein can go for this. It forms too much foam however keep it aside for about 10-15mins and foam will be decreased and its good to drink. I usually make Papaya or banana shake and drink it tastes much better if you don't like raw flavour.

Purchased 2nd time 2kg nutrabay concentrate whey . Have some little bit mixability issues.
But the product is pocket friendly, beneficial for muscle growth, fulfill instant protein requirement.
I generally mix pinch of Coco powder for taste.
I think you must go for it instead purchasing costly whey.
But remember to workout regularly to get fast results, as it is not a magic to happen in one week, I am doing extensive workout from last 3 and half month and my body transformation is really very very well.
