1st of all I got a he delivery in 4-5 days time ..so in corona pandemic it's quite understandable.. 2nd taste is good .. I ordered Orange lemon flavour..but my only concern is the smell when u open the container.. it smells bad.. but after mixing with water the bad smell goes away.. so choice is urs.. I normally don't use much protein & bcaa & such other products .. it's too early to comment on products quality & effectiveness as I have just used it for 2-3 days only bit yes it tastes nice..
